  We recently purchased a home through First Premier Realty and couldn't be happier with them! Nancy was our realtor and we greatly appreciate her hard work and dedication! From the beginning, Nancy was very warm and friendly and I immediately felt like I'd known her for years. She was also VERY patient with us. My husband and I had just moved to Aberdeen from another state, and we were not familiar with the local housing market or with South Dakota state laws. Nancy was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything; making us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We also were undecided on what type of home we wanted to purchase (again because we weren't familiar with the area) so she showed us many different options before we felt comfortable in making an offer on a home. She fought hard to get us a good deal on our house and was a great negotiator! The entire home buying process was super easy and we actually had a lot of fun! We purchased our home during the holidays and still Nancy was always quick to get back to us and we REALLY appreciate her dedication! I'd like to mention that during the process of purchasing our home we also worked with a couple of her colleagues, Andrea and Danelle. Both ladies were very friendly and kind. We were impressed to discover that the staff at First Premier all work together as a team and are happy to help one another. That speaks volumes about the values and ethics of the people that work there! After purchasing our home, we still had a couple of questions for Nancy. Again, she was quick to respond and continues to provide us with amazing service! We will definitely be repeat customers when it comes time to sell our home, and would recommend to anyone that they consider Nancy when buying or selling theirs!
